About the 2021 Conferece
Chesed Yibaneh:
Healing Our World with Light and Love
The theme for the 2021 conference is Olam Chesed Yibaneh: Healing Our World with Light and Love – An exciting exploration of early learning practices from around the world.
This year, due to COVID-19 precautions, our annual conference will be held virtually.
About the conference
Join us April 14-17, 2021 to connect with experts in the field of early childhood education from around the world as we co-construct new learning experiences, celebrate innovation in the face of unique challenges, and work towards healing our communities and our world.
We will be exploring early childhood education methods that are unique to specific regions/locations around the world including Israel, Japan, Australia, Iceland, and more. We will learn mindfulness and healing practices for early childhood educators, enjoy virtual social experiences for attendees to connect with one another, and experience Shabbat worship with Nefesh Mountain, Torah/text study, Shabbat afternoon options, and a closing session with Shira Kline including Havdallah and reflection.
