For the 2026 ECE-RJ Conference, we are offering tiered pricing to make participation more accessible and reduce financial barriers. If you have the means, we encourage you to register as a Sustainer, helping to cover the full cost of the event and supporting our community.

What’s Included in Your Registration?

Your registration grants access to all conference programming from midday Wednesday, January 21, through midday Saturday, January 24. It also includes:

  • Coffee & snack breaks
  • Meals & Gatherings:
    • Wednesday: Dinner & Dessert Reception
    • Thursday: Lunch & Cocktail Hour
    • Friday: Shabbat Dinner
    • Saturday: Shabbat Lunch

Conference Cancellation Policy

The intent to withdraw must be completed through your confirmation email link. To transfer registration to another person (prior to 1/10/2026), please contact Tricia Ginis, Executive Director, ECE-RJ

  • Withdrawal on or before 11/7/25 results in a refund of the full registration fee less an 18% administrative fee.
  • Withdrawal between 11/8/2025 and 12/10/25 results in a 50% refund of the conference registration fee.
  • NO REFUNDS will be issued after 12/10/2025.
