*Additional representative fee from the same sponsor is $700 and includes meals but not session attendance. If you would like to attend sessions, please register as an attendee.
Exhibitor and Vendor Opportunities
As an Exhibitor or Vendor, you will have a spot in our Marketplace to connect with over 150 conference attendees. We offer two options:
- ECE Related Service/Product Exhibitor — For companies/vendors who sell items or services related to early childhood education. Includes a spot in our Marketplace, a branded swag item in our welcome bags, and an invitation to include an item in the conference raffle. *Meals are not included in this level except for the cocktail hour on Thursday evening.
- Local Retail Vendor — For a local seller to promote their goods to our attendees. Available as a 1, 2, or 3-day option. All retail exhibitors are asked to donate to the raffle at the annual conference.* Meals are not included in this level except for the cocktail hour on Thursday evening.

Premium Add-On Opportunities (all levels)
- Pre-Conference Virtual Happy Hour (2 available): Be a part of the conference excitement! Join attendees for a virtual happy hour to promote your business/product with a 5-minute presentation. $500
- Coffee/Snack Break (3 available): Keep attendees happy, fed, and caffeinated during our coffee/snack breaks (Wednesday, Friday, or Saturday). Includes custom signage and an option to provide logo cups, napkins, or swag of your choice. $1,000
- Marketplace Reception/Cocktail Hour on Thursday (1 available): Includes custom signage, custom drink tickets with logo, and an option to provide logo cups, napkins, or swag of your choice. $1500
- Dessert Reception and Social Program on Thursday night (1 available): Add to the evening fun by naming the Thursday evening dessert reception with your company’s name. Includes custom signage and option to provide cups, napkins, and/or swag of your choice. $2,000

Parking Information
Standard parking rates are listed below. Registered conference attendees and guests receive a $10 discount on all parking rates.

Booth Spaces
Exhibit spaces for Presenting are 10-foot-wide, Featured and Level I tiers are 8-foot-wide, and all other tiers will have a 6-foot-wide space. All packages will include a venue-supplied 6-foot table, 2 chairs, and linens. Backdrops and booth materials must fit in your allotted exhibit space.
Shipping Information
Shipping details and instructions will be sent to you once you have completed your sponsor or exhibitor registration. Welcome bag, swag items, and materials for your Marketplace table will be sent to DIFFERENT locations.
