We invite you to Philadelphia, PA, from January 21–24, 2026, to immerse yourself in B’Simcha: Do It With Joy – Nurturing Passion and Purpose in Jewish Early Childhood Education, the annual ECE-RJ Conference.
This year we are offering organizations two different ways to connect with conference attendees:
As a Sponsor
As a sponsor, you will be able to engage meaningfully with conference participants, have a preferred spot in our Marketplace, and select a level of support that meets your organization’s goals. To thank you for sustaining our work, we will share your brand and showcase your organization to our audience of more than 4,000 subscribers to our monthly newsletters and 1,500 members in the ECE-RJ network.
As a Vendor
Vendor Level I, will secure a spot in our marketplace to meet and connect with over 150 conference attendees AND provide a branded swag item in our welcome bags.
Vendor Level II will provide an opportunity to provide a branded swag item in our welcome bags.
Sponsorship Levels are limited, so we encourage you to secure your sponsorship early by filling out this form. To ensure a smooth experience, we will limit sponsor or vendor opportunities received after November 15, 2025.

Travel & Hotel:
You can find more information about travel & hotel for the 2026 ECE-RJ Conference HERE. Once your sponsorship is confirmed, the hotel location and reservation link will be provided. Hotel rooms are limited. Please plan to book your hotel once your sponsorship has been confirmed
Registration: (Meals and Session Attendance)
For Presenting, Featured, Level I, and Level II Sponsors, meals and session attendance are INCLUDED for the number of people indicated in the sponsorship packages. A registration link will be provided once your sponsorship is confirmed.
For Level III Sponsors and ALL Vendors, meals and session attendance are NOT included in your package. There are many grab-and-go food options nearby. Should you wish to attend sessions and meals, you are asked to register for the conference as an attendee in addition to your Level III Sponsorship or Vendor selection.
Conference and Marketplace Schedule: (Subject to change)
The marketplace will be open on Wednesday, January 21st, Thursday, January 22nd, and Friday, January 23rd. We anticipate participants being off-site half of the day on Thursday, January 23rd. There will be designated time slots for sponsors interested in hosting a sponsor session. Sponsor sessions will be scheduled individually and confirmed by December 15, 2025.
