ECE-RJ stands out as the premier conference for networking, learning, and support tailored specifically for Jewish Early Childhood Educators. As a first-time attendee, you’ll be paired with a dedicated “Conference Buddy” who will serve as your guide, ensuring you make the most of your time at the conference. Additionally, you’ll be warmly welcomed to a First Timer Breakfast, designed to help you feel at home and kick off the conference experience with ease.

Membership in ECE-RJ is not required to attend the conference.

Registration includes all conference programming from midday Wednesday, January 21, through midday Saturday, January 24. Your registration grants access to all conference programming from midday Wednesday, January 21, through midday Saturday, January 24.

There is an early bird discount of $100 if you register by August 15, and an option to receive an additional subsidy (total of $200 off registration) for members of ECE-RJ who need more assistance. Scholarships are also available from ECE-RJ for members. You can apply HERE.

All registrations must be paid by credit card during the registration process.

Intent to withdraw must be completed through your confirmation email link. To transfer registration to another person (at any date), please contact Tricia Ginis, Executive Director, ECE-RJ

• Withdrawal on or before 11/15/25 results in a refund of the full registration fee less a $125 administrative fee. 
• Withdrawal between 11/16/2025 and 12/15/25 results in a refund of half of the conference registration fee.
• NO REFUNDS will be issued after 12/15/2025.  

For those who are not registered attendees of the gathering and guests, you may purchase the full meal package for $400, which includes: (Coffee/snack breaks, Cocktail Hour, Wednesday Dinner, Shabbat Dinner, Shabbat Lunch)

The event begins on Wednesday at 5 pm and ends on Saturday at 2:00 pm with a closing program. You’ll want to arrive in Philadelphia on Wednesday morning or midday and plan to depart after 3:30 pm on Saturday.

If you are planning to attend the ECE-RJ Pre-Conference Day of Learning, you will want to arrive on Tuesday, January 20th as programming begins at 8 am on Wednesday, January 21. 

A preliminary schedule of events will be published on the conference website when registration opens in June. The schedule page will be updated regularly to provide the most up-to-date information as the conference planning team continues to confirm presenters and finalize the event details.

Philadelphia International Airport is approximately 10 miles to/from the hotel. Attendees should plan to utilize a ride-sharing app like Uber and Lyft to schedule a ride to/from the airport. There are no airport shuttles provided by the hotel. Nearby the hotel is a Subway Station and the Amtrak Train Station. More details will be provided in the confirmation email sent to you after you register for the conference.
