Reflection on principles and best practices of an intentional learning environment

Guidelines regarding developmentally appropriate early childhood curriculum content and strategies to use in the classroom

Specific ideas and strategies for purposeful interaction with children

Meaning and mindfulness with respect to purposeful play

Event Schedule

An intentional learning environment is one that fosters activity, feedback and a culture that encourages metacognition, that is, one in which the learner becomes aware of his/her learning process.

Participants will learn to create environments suited for intentional learning and develop a reflective practice.
